Reposition
The repositioning plan, completed in 2025, spanned a decade and represented a multi‑phase, multi‑million‑dollar enhancement initiative. The project included comprehensive repositioning of all clubhouse buildings; a full transformation of the existing continuing care neighborhood—encompassing skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living; an expansion of the continuing care neighborhood with additional skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care residences; and the construction of a two‑story parking deck. The team is currently focused on enhancing outdoor spaces.
